Precy Matias (Eugene Domingo) a hard-working and diligent mother of two, is finally fed up with her husband, Ben's, Irresponsible handling of their finances.
The money Precy had been saving was her only way to pay for new house in Carmona to able to get away from her condescending mother-in-law, Ursula Matias.
But now that she has reached her final straw, Precy declares that she is leaving her husband. Despite Ben's protests, she walks out of the house with her belongings.
As Precy runs to her parents comforting arms, they hear news of her favorite cousin, Belay's (Tony Gonzaga) return from Japan.
After three years as cultural worker there, Belay has now come back to fulfill her engagement with her long-term boyfriend, Oca, get married and settle down in the Philippines.
Close cousins Precy and Belay are reunited once more. But whilst Belay is happily dreaming and planning her wedding, Precy is seeking for a legal annulment from her spouse to be legally free from her mother-in-law.
As Precy and Belay go through the journeys of their relationship, will they truly realize what it means to love and find the true meaning of two hearts coming together and two hearts coming apart?
